VIVE is the higher end of health and fitness in Northeastern Pennsylvania: salt-wall cedar saunas, complimentary towel service, Technogym and Rogue equipment, dedicated studios, and a shake bar worth lingering at. But what members talk about most is not the equipment. It's that someone knows their name at the door.

Since May 2026, VIVE has been fully independent and locally run. Every decision, from how the locker rooms are stocked to which classes make the schedule, is made right here in Kingston by people who train on the same floor you do. No corporate playbook, no distant ownership. Just a club accountable to its members.

The VIVE team is the product. NASM-certified trainers, certified group fitness instructors, and a service desk that learns your name in a week. We hire people who love this work, and it shows in how the club feels.

Our training philosophy is simple: meet you where you are, build the plan around your life, and track real progress. That goes for a first Welcome Workout and a hundredth Arena session alike.
